Why do I need to pre-register?

Pre-registering at the beginning of the school year will send you notifications about upcoming picture days and give you access to your child's photos throughout the school year. If you provide us with your email and phone number, we will be able to send you direct links to your child's photos as soon as they are available online! Click here to pre-register, click gallery search, and search your child's school. Then click "Pre-Register". This only applies to K-11th grade and is only available until fall picture day.

Why should I pre-order vs. waiting until after picture day?

If you order before picture day, you will receive discounted pricing.

How long do I have to pre-order?

You have until picture day to pre-order.

Need your photo cropped?

While the photos are in your online shopping cart, you have the option to crop! Your photos will be printed exactly as shown in your cart, so please make any adjustments before checkout. Cropping options do not apply to pre-orders.

 

How long does it take for my photos to ship?

Shipping usually takes 7-10 business days.

How long does it take to receive digital downloads?

Please allow 24-48 hours for downloads to send. Check your spam folder if you don't see the email in your main inbox. Pre-orders may take additional time. 

 

What should I do if my package is incorrect or I did not receive my package?

Please complete the package correction form and submit. If any further information is needed, one of our representatives will contact you.

 

How do I order a yearbook?

Please reach out to your school for information about how to order a yearbook.

How secure are my photos and data?

We use industry-leading security measures and encrypted systems to protect your photos and data. Our platform is SOC 2 compliant and independently audited to ensure the highest standards of privacy and security.

 

What if I am not satisfied with my portraits?

If you are not satisfied with your portraits, and a retake date is available at your school, we will retake your photo (fall or senior portraits only). Simply bring the proofs/entire package with you on retake day and return it to the photographer. If a retake day is not available, you may request a refund for packages. (see below)

 

What if I would like a refund?

We are sorry you are not happy with your portraits. To receive a refund, return the entire package within 15 days to: Carolina Photography, 713 N Nc-16 Bus Hwy, Denver, NC 28037 Attention: Customer Refunds. Be sure to complete the information form on the back of your package envelope. Refunds are not applicable to digital downloads.
